The scope and principles of the prospectus
The notice applies to browsing the aimusicaifood.com website, the contact form, the use of the SUNO Style Generator, traffic measurement and the display of advertisements.
We only process data that is necessary for the given purpose. We do not sell the data, we do not use it to send unsolicited advertising, and we do not make the e-mail addresses received on the form public.
Storage and technical log data
This website is hosted by a Netlify, Inc. When you open the website, technical data may be generated for the operation and security of the service, such as IP address, time, page requested, browser and device type, referring page, and log data related to an error or security event.
Data related to Netlify's services can be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The service provider provides detailed information on the applicable data transmission guarantees in its own information.
Contact form and email
When using the form, we process the visitor's name, e-mail address and message. The data is provided by FormSubmit forwarded to the data manager's Gmail mailbox.

SUNO Style Generator
The generator generates the artist name, song title and, if you provide it, the YouTube link via Netlify's server function to Google Gemini API service to create music style tags. The system will not listen or download the YouTube video; works from the text information provided.
The server function uses the IP address for a short time in memory to limit requests that are too frequent. The current setup does not allow another request from the same IP address within eight seconds; the IP address is not entered into the website's own database.
Google Analytics 4
The website is a Google Analytics 4 service (measurement ID: G-XF62HB1C4B). The service helps us understand which pages visitors are interested in, what device they are coming from and how they use the website.
Information processed may include page views, events, approximate geographic location, device and browser data, referring page, and online identifiers. Analytics is not used to identify visitors by name.
A simple, aggregated visitor counter also works in the footer. The counter does not store name, email address, IP address or device fingerprint. Only the date of the last calculated day remains in the browser's local storage, so that the same browser does not increase the displayed number multiple times within a day. The total number of pieces is stored in Netlify Blobs.
Google AdSense and Ads
This website uses the Google AdSense advertising system (publisher ID: ca-pub-3413386472658796). Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, online identifiers, and similar technologies to display ads, limit their frequency, detect fraud, measure performance, and – with consent – personalize.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, opt-in options are provided by Google AdSense Privacy and messages can be displayed by your system. The choice can be found later at the bottom of the page Cookie settings can be modified by reference.
